✅ Overview
This SaaS Platform is a multi-channel digital ecosystem designed to serve customers, admins, and on-site users through six integrated touchpoints:
Public Website for marketing and onboarding
Customer Web for full account access
Customer Mobile App for on-the-go usage
Admin Management Panel for system control
Admin App for operations in the field
Kiosk Interface for on-location self-service
The goal is to offer a unified, consistent experience across all channels while keeping the system scalable and easy to manage.

⚠️ Problem Statement
Companies often rely on disconnected systems for marketing, customer access, admin control, and on-site operations.
This fragmentation leads to inconsistent UX, duplicated data, and a high operational overhead when trying to manage customers, content, and services across different platforms.
💡 Solution
I designed a cohesive SaaS ecosystem where all six platforms share:
A unified design system
Clear role-based flows (customer, admin, on-site user)
Consistent navigation patterns
Connected data and interactions across web, mobile, and kiosk
Each experience is tailored to its user type, but all feel like one product, not six separate tools.

🧩 Design Approachsult
A product-level UX/UI approach focusing on:
Mapping journeys for customers, admins, and kiosk users
Structuring information architecture across all six platforms
Designing responsive web screens + native-style mobile flows
Creating a shared component library for all interfaces
Supporting scalability for future features and tenant expansion
